TERMS OF USE DJ SERVICES

These General Terms and Conditions apply to appointments made by email, contact form, Whatsapp, telephone or in person.
•
The venue will remain completely smoke-free for the duration of the service. DJ F—-d Up! reserve the right to terminate the service should smoking conditions be unacceptable. The full agreeed amount for the service will still be due in full.
•
For each additional hour of music a price of €100/hour applies, calculated every 15 minutes, to be paid immediately after the order has been completed in cash.
•
If the event is cancelled later than 72 hours before the start of the event, regardless of the reason, a refund fee of €250 is due, to be paid out within 3 working days per bank transfer or payment link.
•
2x “RCA male” or 2x “XLR female” cables will be provided at the venue for connection purposes, as well as an area of ​​at least 70×110 cm at counter ca 100 cm high. Failing of proving any of these technical requirements results in the cancellation fee being due as per above.

Any damage to the technology or other equipment as well as other personal damage of any sort must be reimbursed in full.
•
The customer declares to possess the legal requirements necessary for the execution of the event, such as sound emissions, and declares to respect these. DJ F—d Up! will not be held responsible for any disruption to private or public order.
