TERMS OF USE

With the purchase of admission tickets, the purchaser and/or ticket holder submits to the following contractual conditions of the organizer. This is valid for tickets bought online, at box office as well as any other selling point.

By purchasing one or more tickets and attending the events you confirm being 18 years old or older.
•
It is generally forbidden to bring bags and backpacks larger than A4, glass containers, cans, deodorant sprays, perfumes, plastic canisters, pyrotechnic objects, torches and weapons. Failure to comply will result in removal from the event site. In this case, there is no right to a refund of the entrance fee. A security check will take place upon entry. The security service is instructed to carry out body searches.

It is strictly forbidden to bring along tape recorders, photo, film and video cameras. Abuse will be prosecuted. Press accreditation at info@fuckedup.berlin.

By leaving the event site the ticket loses its validity.
•
The design, length, content and volume of the event can be subject to short-term changes.
•
At concerts, there may be a risk of possible hearing and health damage due to the volume. Fucked Up! will not be held responsible for this.
•
Claims for damages from positive breach of contract, conclusion of contract and tort are excluded unless the organizer, his legal representative and his vicarious agents have acted intentionally or with gross negligence. Claims for damages due to impossibility of performance and delay are limited to compensation for foreseeable damage in the case of slight negligence.

The right to refuse admission for important reasons (against reimbursement of the value of the admission ticket) remains reserved.
•
Contractual relationships come about through the acquisition and holder of the admission ticket and the organizer. The ticket is not transferable.
•
Admission tickets are non-refundable after the purchase for any reason. They can only be refunded if the event is completely canceled.
•
The organizer reserves the right to change the date of the event.
•
The organizer reserves the right to change the program without prior notice.
•
The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
•
By participating in this event, the organizer receives the right from the visitor to create, send or have sent image and sound recordings without separate remuneration; as well as broadcasting them yourself or through third parties and using them for audiovisual/print purposes.
•
The organizer reserves the right to change ticket prices during the course of the event promotion, to lower or higher prices, without notice. Compensations or payment of differences on tickets already purchased prior to the changes are excluded.
